RGV系列金属薄膜贴片电阻器的电阻值范围为120kΩ至3MΩ（1206英寸尺寸，0.25W）或120kΩ到4.3MΩ（1210英寸尺寸，0.33W），薄膜结构可实现低噪声和防硫化。

它们适用于1206英寸尺寸最大700伏或1210英寸尺寸最大1000伏的高压应用。它们采用特殊的PCVD工艺制作无机保护膜，以确保卓越的长期稳定性，±0.1%的精度。

其±25 ppm/°C的极低温度系数表明，即使在更高的温度下，电阻值也能保持稳定。RGV电阻器的工作温度范围为-55至155°C，即使在恶劣的环境条件下也能使用。

考虑到汽车应用，RGV系列电阻器当然获得了AEC-Q200标准认证。
